HOW TO ORDER
Ordering is easy in our e-commerce store. Once you have selected the gift box you would like to send, you can complete your recipient’s details on the checkout page of our shopping cart.
You can also place your order by phone or email, send your enquiry to email@example.com and we’ll give you a call back to finalise your order.
All payments made through our e-commerce store are processed through Stripe. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as payment through their gateway. For more information about Stripe you can find more information on their website.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK AND WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
We ship Australia wide, for free. We use a number of different courier services such as Sendle, Sherpa and Australia Post for our deliveries.
You can choose to have your gift box delivered either straight to the recipient or to your nominated postal address. We send our gift boxes by courier anywhere within Australia, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location, whilst we can guarantee we will ship next day in some cases it can take up to 10 days for delivery for rural areas. Greater Sydney suburbs can expect next day delivery however in most Capital cities (except NT, TAS and WA) delivery is 2-3 business days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
We can provide guaranteed next day delivery service if required for an additional delivery fee, please get in touch to make special arrangements.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, the gift box may be left in a safe place at the delivery location. You will be notified as to where the gift has been left so you can let the recipient know. Gladys Mack cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the gift, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.
It is against the law in Australia to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and illegal for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.
Please note alcohol deliveries are legally not permitted to be shipped to all locations in the Northern Territory, Western Australian Postcodes 6798-6799 and Queensland Postcodes 4605, 4713, 4816, 4825, 4830, 4871, 4876.
CAN I CUSTOMISE THE GIFT BOX?
Yes, of course you can. Simply get in touch with our design team who can help. We can provide custom gift boxes for events or corporate gifting services. We can even provide a custom gift for a one off occasion.
From time to time we may need to substitute an item because it is temporarily out of stock. But don’t worry if this happens we will substitute with a like item of similar or greater value.
